AI+SRV provides free, open access to large language models (LLMs) through donations and optional advertising.
- No authentication or payment is required to use the Service.
- The Service is intended for experimentation and research purposes only.
2. Accuracy, Risks, and User Responsibility
LLM outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or entirely fabricated. These systems are known to "hallucinate" false information. Users must:
- Independently verify all outputs before relying on them.
- Acknowledge that the Service does not provide professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.).
- Assume full risk for any decisions made based on model-generated content.
AI+SRV disclaims liability for actions taken or omitted due to such reliance.
3. No Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose;
- Accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of outputs;
- Non-infringement of third-party rights.
AI+SRV may modify, replace, or discontinue models at any time without prior notice. Uptime and availability are not guaranteed.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI+SRV (including its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and contributors) shall not be liable for:
- Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business interruptions;
- Third-party claims or other losses arising from your use or inability to use the Service.
This limitation applies even if AI+SRV has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
5. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AI+SRV and its contributors against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use the Service;
- Violation of these Terms;
- Infringement of third-party rights or applicable laws.
6. Data Collection & Privacy
AI+SRV may collect anonymized usage data (e.g., prompts, response metadata) to improve model performance and user experience.
- Personally identifiable information (PII) is not intentionally collected or stored.
7. Advertising & Donations
- Advertising: Clearly labeled ads or sponsored content may appear to support the Service.
- Donations: Voluntary contributions are accepted, but core functionality remains accessible regardless of donation status.
8. Changes to These Terms
AI+SRV reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Revised terms take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.
